The fee for this home study course is $40.00 (+ $2.00 GST in Canada). This fee covers:

• the 54-page manual on incontinence assessment and management
• grading of your post test with comments on your answers
• assuming the post test is satisfactory, a certificate for 4 SUNA contact hours, mailed to you

To receive CE credits, all post tests must be returned and received by us before the date of expiry of accreditation (September 18, 2009)
